    you should go to the AT&T store and exchange your phone. If you have to buy a new one, id go on cellhut.com to buy one, its really cheap there and you can use it on t-mobile, att, or any other gsm based providers

    thats extremely weird. Did you drop it in water or get it touched by water with out knowing or drop it at all? If this did occurr, or if this didn't occurr, either way go to your local At&t dealer and tell them the problem and they should defianetly fix it, sometimes at no charge.

    if it got dropped by/in water - put it in the oven (your battery) for a couple of minutes and it drys out the water and your phone should normally work fine- it worked for me at least (i have a razr)

    take the phone and let someone check it out.

    call 611 on your land line
    talk to a customer service rep
    they can usually help you over the phone
    unless you guys find that an actual part is broken
    then you'll send it in and they will send you a replacement
