    If you don't have to go to court for a speeding ticket, are you able to tell if

    it's misdemeanor or a citation? I don't have to go to court, all I have to do is pay a bill. The insurance will go up too probably, but I just need to know if this is considered a "Felony" or a "Misdemeanor" or just a "citation."
    INFO: It was for over 100 MPH in a 60 MPH zone.
    It was in MN
    I'm under 18
