so i was driving down the freeway the other day and signaled to change lanes and another person on the other side of the lane i was going into was also changing lanes. this car was slightly ahead of me and when i went to merge so did she and almost hit her. of course she blamed me and i blamed her, but whos fault would it be if we were to hit each other? i used my blinker and checked over my shoulder and everything and i thought it was her fault cause she was ahead of me and should have seen me, but she may have also looked before i changed. whos fault do u think it would be, or no ones at all?
