As someone who has used an Iphone and owns a Viewty (I'm using my Viewty to type this message), I have to say that the Viewty wins hands down. First of all, the price difference. The Iphone costs £269 plus the monthly contract, starting at £35 a month. The Viewty has a variety of tariffs, according to your budget, starting at £24 a month, with no upfront fee. The Iphone is only available on O2, which gives you no choice of network, whereas the Viewty is available across most, if not all, networks. The Viewty has many features that the Iphone lacks, such as video camera, 3G, 5mp still camera, text message forwarding, full bluetooth compatibility, free downloads of music (not tied to Itunes).
