Motherboard on a Dell Inspiron 530s With an Intel Pentium Dual Core?

I have an Dell Inspiron 530s With Intel Pentium Dual Core, I want to transfer the innards of this computer to an new antec case. But I want to know if the motherboard will fit in it.
