How to Transfer Contacts to iphone from black berry?

ok so ive been to best buy and t mobile to trasfer my contacts but it does not transfer my contacts. I have t mobile service but i bought a unlocked iphone some one was telling me there is a program from the app store that i can dowload but i cant find it i would real like the help
