    It's fine. I was horseback riding well into my pregnancy, so a bike ride at 1 month isn't going to do any harm.

    People are way too paranoid about these activities. Sure, they pose some risk if there's an accident, but so does driving/riding in a car, walking, or doing housework. Life doesn't totally halt because of a pregnancy.

    Naw! It wouldn't do anything to the baby and I think that its a good idea to go biking 4 execrise.
