    I was really dizzy/light headed after a short sprint in track conditioning. Never

    happened during xc. Help? I felt like my head was going to explode. Everything when white and I couldn't see clearly. I couldn't hear anything from my right ear. All we did was a couple sprints. I had been running 3 times week after xc stopped and I would normally run for 40 minutes. Why would this happen during track?

    Oxygen deprevation - all your oxygen is being used by your muscles leaving your brain with little oxygen which will cause this to happen.

    longer runs like xc are not so intense so more oxygen can be taken in.

    feeling like this after high intensity sprints is normal.. you may feel sick as well
