Can i run My VW T4 2.5 TDi on svo?

svo is straight vegetable oil, no additives. Your T4 will run on 50/50 diesel & SVO without problems in the summer, but without preheating you'll need to drop the SVO concentration down to 25% to prevent problems.
SVO refers to clean, UNUSED oil: used or waste oil is labelled WVO.
any addition of chemicals or solvents means that it's no longer simply veg oil & is more correctly termed 'biofuel'

TDI is diesel, so it will run on pure vegetable oil without solvent. It may need to be heated first, though. Diesel engines were first designed to run on vegetable oil, but they realized that diesel fuel we know today was much more efficient.

Probably not. Most common rail and recent diesels won't run on veg oil as it softens the seals and can solidify in the hot areas of the system. An old unit with "individual" injector pumps might survive as the pressure is effectively unlimited but a cr system with a regulated pressure system probably won't move the gelled oil
