Is drinking beer more fattening than drinking white wine?

I drink 3, 375mls beer stubbies 4 days per week. I would like to change to drinking 2 glasses of white wine 4 days per week. But I would like to know if it is as fattening as beer or less.

Beer has more calories than a dry white wine.

    What kind of white wine?
Here are the calorie counts for most wines:

Here are the calories for most beers:

    I would compare.

It depends upon the beer and the white wine. If you're only drinking two glasses of wine, I'm sure there will be fewer calories but I don't think white wine is inherently less fattening than beer.
