Do you think past behavior predicts future behavior?

Once a whore, aways a whore ! My sister told me that about one of her GFs ! It no longer applies when they are 6 feet under !

I think it's a good indication of how a person will PROBABLY act...but people CAN and DO change, and I think everyone should be given that chance...and not be judged on who they WERE under a completely different set of circumstances, involving totally different people.
