My Internet keeps going slow?

Why is my internet so slow

And example, if im typing in a web site it would stop in the middle of when im typing.
for example:
www.yaho <<< it would stop and i would have to wait about 15 seconds to keep typing again.

and it takes about 10 minutes to go on aim.

what can i do to make this allot faster. should I uninstall some programs???
by the way another example is if im watching a youtube video it would stop in the middle of the video and i would have to wait 15 seconds.

Try up dating your JAVA software,.
option via your control panel.

Also try a free program 'Ccleaner' via www.filehippo.com or www.download.com
This will clear out temp internet files and more, that are stored on your computer. Should also help.

also do a internet speed test

Check for internet browser updates too. (internet explorer / firefox)
Try another web browser eg. firefox, Google Chrome. Could be a temporary problem with your current web browser.

That's because you have installed something that is really hard on the computer so i would get more memory on your computer
