Motorola Q Global (at&t) - Windows Mobile 6 - Change the Start Menu?

Recently obtained a Motorola Q Global (Q9h) on at&t. There appears to be no way to delete the at&t shortcuts on the Start Menu. Does anyone know how to get around the locks at&t built in? The at&t Mall just isn't important to me!!!
