my kid placed passcode on my mobile phone had forgotten it help me?

He tampered with it and cannot remember. my service provider could not unlock it .He used four digits
I can receive calls but cannot make calls . any help ?

is it on the phone or actual sim card if its the phone juct get the p.u.k lock no or else get it unlocked

Whats your mobile manufacturer and model ? try default security code to break lock from your phone . If your default security codes not working, use Master reset code . you can get it from any of the online vendors like Unlocking4free.com to reset it . Here, they provides code for old model Nokia DCT and Alcatel phones .
