Problems with My Kazaa Gold Music Download Program?

I had paid for a lifetime subscription to My Kazaa Gold. I rarely had any problems with it, when I did have a problem here and there I e-mailed them and they told uninstall then reinstall the program and that always worked. Now I have not been able to get into it for over 2 weeks. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling it many times and still nothing. I e-mailed them and they want me to call them - but the problem is, they want me to call them while at my home computer only weekdays between 9 AM - 5 PM. I am working at that time so it's impossible for me to call them. Does anyone have any suggestions? I really need to download my music. Thanks.
