I have 17 cents in the bank. I owe 400,000 dollars to a hospital. Last year my daughter died due to the hospital refusing to save her life because she was poor and had no health insurance. I an now getting 10 million dollars (7 million after I pay the lawyer) so will I have to pay the hospital the 400,000 dollars?
