hi peeps. i have a nice big tub of protein here! 39g protein each serving.
i plan to drink a gram of protein to every pound of my bodyweight a day including a tin of tuna (36g protein).

but i have just been slapped in the face with all this other stuff!

CREANTINE!
GLUECOSE!
AMINO ACID! etc!.

whats creantine? and what does it do?

also when do i have to take my protein shake?
i normally take 50grams before a workout and the rest after. what do you sugest?
