Problem in receiving your channel

I do appreciate you in advance for letting me know the Baby TV's new frequency I have a rotation dish which enables me to get most of the satellites like Hotbird , Nilesat , Serious , Badr ... am living in Tehran - Iran's Capital - considering I'd like my 23 month old daughter ( Sevila ) to enjoy your precious programs.
If your channel is not FTA and I have to watch it by a smart card please inform me which card should I buy.
