hi im 15 years old, 6-foot tall and my weight is 184 pounds. i wanted to know how i can lose weight so i can start a six pack but people tell me to turn me fat into musle so i can be big and storng but i dont know. can you guys help me? also can u guys tell me how many sit ups , push ups and how many times do i lift weigths or some tips of starting a six pack. thank you guys.
