How do i activate bluetooth on my DELL VOSTRO 1500 laptop (WINDOWS VISTA)?

i think it has bluetooth because it has the icon next to a WI-FI icon (i know how to activate it)

so does my laptop have bluetooth or dose it just have the option to installl it on there
