The song started off kind of sweet sounding, it had something like soft bells or a music box in the background, it later got more rock and loud sounding.
The singer was male, it was hard to make out what he said because his singing style was strange, but my friend and I think we were able to make out the following lines:
'looking the other way'
'side of my face'
'lost and found'
I've tried searching for these lyrics, but nothing matching has come up. I'd never heard the song before, but it sounded fairly new and no one else in the class knew what the song was called. Also, I can't call the radio station the song was played on because I was in class at the time, and I have no idea which radio station it was.
Anyone have any ideas?
Okay, maybe 'rock' is a bad example. The song I'm after sounded kind of like a childrens song in the beginning, there were really soft chimey sounds in the background, then as the song progressed there were more heavy drums and guitars.
The singer had a strange way of singing, something like The Galvatrons almost, like he was over pronouncing everything he said or slurring all the words together.
I'm fairly sure it is a recent song.
The sounds in the beginning aren't literally bells, like church bells. More like synthesised sounds, or chimes. Just soft notes.
