That was the first year for that body design. My sister had one. Curious why it had to be rebuilt considering that it is a reliable car. No reason why it couldn't have gone longer. If the engine was rebuilt by a knowledgeable person, then it should be ok. Price is ok too, but only if the rest of the car is decent.
