I'm repainting the frame of an old Peugeot road bike so I need to remove the crank arms and such, but where other bikes might have plastic dust caps covering a bolt head, this just has a solid metal plug, with no apparent way to remove it. It might even be part of the shaft... Anyone know how to take this thing apart?
