how do you no if you have a ulcer?

this might sound weird but im a 14 year old girl and i have a vinigar adiction problem.I drink vinigar once a day or twice a day. I have anemia and anorexica. My blood is dark purple. I have cramps in my body 3-4 times a day. I want to no how you no if you have an ulcer? im not aloud to go to the hospital or docter cause my family dont have enough i already asked and told them but they said i dont and they dont have enough anyways. what does your body look like if you have an ulcer?
