    I am 16m weight 14 stones 3 pounds and im 6 ft 3 tall. how can i lose 2 stones, what

    should i do? mre blw...? Like i have fat round my stomach which i dont want and a tiny bit chubby on my face, so i want to get rid of this cus im getting really annoyed with my self and am getting jealous of others to b honest cus these days its seems 2 b all out appearance... i dont ahve time 2 go gym to much work with alevels, what should i do eating habits wise to lose it that way rather than gym simply bcus i cant go although i wud loev 2... i walk a lot thru the day changing lessons and stuf thats about it.. Please help me out, Thank you very much.

    Simple, don't eat junk food. and go for a walk or run for about 15 minutes a day. if you don't have "time" then you don't deserve to be lean.
