extra charges on my sprint cell bill?

I just got my cell phone bill and saw that i am charged an extra $30 for long distance charges that were made to jamaica.
I was surpriced beacuse i never made any called to jamaica not do i know anyone from jamaica to call.
I tried to talk to customer service and they are giving me the run , they told me they will check it out.
what can i do bettier to have them take this amount off my bill beacuse honestly i did not make any calles to jamaica. i dont want to pay for it

Well if you are not getting anywhere talking to the person that you are talking to then you should assk to talk to a manager and then tell then what you have told us. when i had sprint they did that stuff to me all the time.
