help with downloading ringtones for the nextel i930?

I need help. I dont know how to download ringtones for my i930. I need to know how to download a ringtone from my phone like other phones do. Does anyone know if i can download ringtones for my phone or do i need a certain cable or something? Also, i was wondering if i can make my own ringtones?
