I need more features on my blackberry 7520 by nextel.How do i go about...FOR FREE?

I have 2 of the same blackberrys from nextel(7520)...LINE 1 DOESNT HAVE AS MUCH FEATURE AS LINE 2.Line 2 have a alarm clock..You can even store pictures..Line 1 doesnt have them feature......How can i get them same features plus more

The application was probably hidden. On the home screen, press the menu button (the button with all the black dots). Then click "show all". The alarm clock and all the other applications will then show up. Select the alarm clock and hit "menu" again and select "hide", and it will un-hide permanently. Select "show all" again to go back to only showing the applications you want to see.
