IDM(internet download manager) says registered with a fake serial number help?

i have installed IDM by cracking from Keygen itself. now it says registered with a fake serial number and also some registry files have been damaged.. when i try by uninstalling and reinstalling IDM it gives the same problem. please someone help me . I want to use idm. dont have any other accelerator like that..

ok when tou instal yor IDM after 5 min it says for an update. dont update your IDM
never uptade it!!!
ok download this RapidShare: Easy Filehosting ext the rar and ant press <<Internet Download Manager 5.12.exe>> and install it.
after the instalation close your IDM. and than press 2click on <<Internet Download Manager 5.12 crack + spolszczenie + toolbar>> install it and ok. dont uptade it!!
