how can I set up my at&t 8525 as a bluetooth modem for my laptop?

I have the bluetooth on my laptop and I want to be able to connect to the internet using my 8525 as a modem but the dun will not connect

you have to have a program for it..
butt bad choice using your phone as a modem raises your bill cost outrageosly whether you have the unlimited internet or not...trust me ive been there my bill was out the roof
