Been stiffed with a purchase by an internet hobby store. Can you advise...

Let me make it short for you.
I had a $355 pending purchase in my cart that has 10 items.
I called a customer rep (Amy) on 9/8 to cancel my order.
She said no problem and I checked online and it says "canceled 9/8/08"
So i thought THANK GOD........

But that night Amy emails me to say my order SHIPPED and that I DID NOT request any cancellation.........and I can SHIP IT BACK at my cost AND they'll refund my card.........i was like WTF???

Please advise.........please advise......i'm LOSING IT, REALLY!!!

I'm thinking about DEMANDING they email me a shipping label i think I have a right to.........ANY IDEAS WILL HELP........THANKS
 
When it comes write "REFUSED RETURN TO SENDER" across the the shipping label.DO NOT OPEN THE PACKAGE.
