Hi you can easily find the official email address for rogers just by doing whois search for their official website rogers.com through sites like WhoisXY.com here they will display details like domain registrant name ,address ,phone number ,email id and so on using these details you can easily find the official contact details .I did whois search and found their registrant number it was +1.4169357938 ...I hope it will be helpful to you ...
