I let this girl use it who sat next to me and when she gave it back it would come on and go straight off, so I thought hey the battery is dead and went a bought a new one but now it says key lock, and then I put the new battery in and it comes on and then straight off, doesn't even play music just shut right off. I am so mad at her but more mad at myself. Can someone help me..

If it came with a CD software your in luck, if not I would take it back where I got it and see if they can help
