ok sooo im a freshman at my high school and i missed all the fall sport tryouts because i was on vacation... i sort of wanted to do some sort of track/running for my fall sport cuz i dont actually HAVE an intense fall sport, and running is sort of fun for me because im fast in short distances. i sometimes get cramps that hurt badly when i run, but i dont get it, because im mostly in shape all the time. i just understand it, and i just emailed the cross country coach saying i wanted to get in, but idk if its my thing. please, please, pleaseee any tips of how i can improve my running???

and the person who i know whos in cross country gave me the coachs email, and she said that she ran 3 miles today with her cross country team. idk why, but that scared me to death. ive got to start training.......
