began Wanting to be a UFC fighter. So my question is what can I do do begin to get myself in shape other than exercise? Im 5'7 Im 15 and I weigh 149 lbs. Im not fat but I got some. I got to the gym almost everyday for about an hour and I do cardio and weights. Where can I go for training. I want like a school with classes on how to learn the take downs and training regimens of UFC and MMA figheters in or around the pittsburgh area.
