LG Dare In Prepaid or Verizon Inpulse to be exact?

I have a ENV and I really want the Dare. I have the Inpulse Plan and I can't get anything else but prepaid plans when it comes to cell phones (because I'm younger than 18 and my parents are a**holes) . Is there any way for me to get the Dare in Inpulse.
