the first thing you need to do is introspection that is what is it that youre sad about. once youve got the answers half the works done. then search for solutions for the same. you must keep yourself engaged in same kind of activity .do what you love do reading eating sleeping- whatever you love! just get up and do some thing. meditate everyday for a while. count your blessing and go give your mother a big hug! cheers!
