Why my internet speed is reduced from 512 kbps to 364 kbps?

I am using tmnet streamyx 512 kbps and i have no problems when i use it a week ago but why my speed is reduced to 364 kbps?Does it have to do with torrent?Somebody please help me!

Your speed will vary all the time depending on how many people in your neighborhood are online at the time, how many people are downloading the torrent or even just the weather (It can interfere with the cables).
Just try again at another time.

Or as someone else said, you might have gone over your download limit and so your speed has been capped.

Depends- when is it exactly slow? is it while surfing the internet, or when running progrmas? either way, you can make it go faster. If your internet is slow, you should scan your computer for viruses and spyware using suitable programs(for example- avast anti virus or spybot).
