Question about women's Speedo Buoy water shoes

These are for water aerobics.I cannot find them in a retail store.On line, they only come in whole sizes.I wear a 7 1/2.How do they run.Should I get a 7 or an 8? Thanks.

My understanding is that these run quite large. I've been told that if you wear a 7 1/2 shoe normally (assuming standard width foot), you should order the size 6 of the water shoes. Hope this helps.
