How do I set my Armitron watch from army time to a 12 hour period?

Press and hold the button on the upper right, then press the mode button on the lower left. You will notice a "P" appear in the cutout box where the seconds usually count in time display mode. This P (for PM) indicates that your watch is now in the 12 hr mode (non-military time mode).
