I was wondering if there was a program for windows like iphoney? because iphoney only works with mac.., and i have windows.. its like a iphone simulator on your desktop, so u can see which sites work and how it looks and everything. thanks

It was crated by Apple.And apple makes Software for Mac but some for Windows.
