Has anybody had this problem with a tomahawk 100cc quad bike?

We have a a tomahawk 100cc quad bike and it was running alright except the battery kept going flat, so we thought it might have been circuiting. No big problem, we just had to jump start it, however one day i washed it and now it wont even kick over. has anyone had this same problem? Did u fix it? How?!?!?!?!

by the way its really annoying as it has no kick start, so you have to start it by remote....

please help!
