Because many Black women are loud. Perhaps mainly women that are not educated or have good home training. Black men always make excuses for dating outside their race when that is what they want to do in the first place. I say Black women have a stronger argument to date outside of her race with so many black males in prison, and so less in college. They them marry who they want and you marry who you want.
