Phone service question!![at&t; t-mobile; sprint]?

Well I'm switching my phone service dealer in December becasue T-mobile always goes up and down with my
monthly bills so does any one know which companny would be better
to get around 2000 minutes and unlimited text messaging
for less than $130

and itd be good if they carry any blackberrys or
motorola smartphones.
