I have a 93 honda civic saloon automatic when i bought it it started fine was in garage for a bit about 3 weeks and still started normally. Encountered a problem when trying to start it a few days ago had to put fuel in it because it was empty but after that it would not start none of the dashboard lights come on and the engine is flat dead not a sound when trying to start it. replaced the battery with a brand new one but it still won't start also relaced the main relay but tried it and the same problem happens no light on the dashboard, radio does not turn on headlights don't work not even the cabin light comes on when the door is open and electric windows do not work the only thing that work are the hazard lights and the horn can anyone help me out .
