plays but I have no sound? When I play the movie it asks me to install Nero. Maybe that might be it. Plz help!
I'm not the most skilled with computers so if you could explain it in plain english that would be great

No, you have to buy Nero. You can get a trial, but it is not DVD player compatible. Downloading a DVD decoder should allow you to be able to play it on windows media player (most likely winamp as well but I am unsure). Good luck.
