Pregnant - Eat it if you crave it.

I have been searching for the answer to this very question. I am 14 weeks pregnant. I have the best organic chicken salad know to man in the fridge it was made fresh from costco yesterday. I bought it for my husbands lunches for the week. And I can't stay away I need it. lol. So I have been searching and searching. I believe it's one of those things that falls under moderation. You can eat everything in moderation. Just be careful, anything that can be cooked needs to be cooked fully and refrigerated properly. If the chicken salad is a few days old I would skip it. The longer leftovers sit in a fridge the more bacteria grows on it. If you are craving something I bet there is a reason for it. Definately stay away from soft cheeses though. Going to have my chicken salad now.
