WASHINGTON - On the eve of Democrat Barack Obama's overseas tour, Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice told employees at U.S. embassies to provide only minimal help to visiting presidential candidates.
WTF? Why didn't she say this when McCain was traveling? and is this another Bushdatorship revealed?
 
McCain's last trip was a Congressional fact finding mission. This is a presidential campaign trip. This is far different. And Rice has said she doesn't want the embassies to show any favoritism during the presidential campaigns.
 
McCain hasn't made any overseas campaign trips.

He's been to Iraq and Afghanistan on congressional fact finding missions.

Obama's trip is not a congressional mission.
