Afternoon, I recently purchased a Toshiba Satellite Laptop. I was able to watch DVD on it last week. Last night I tried to down load a few printshop programs, I was unable to and I can not watch DVD. For some reason I think it was uninstalled. The only thing I've done to it since I got it was hook it up for a Wireless connection in my house in which I can connect to the internet without a problem. Does anyone have any information? I don't want to take it to a repair shop when I'm sure it's something I can do myself...
