Make a list of sites that attract would-be entrepreneurs and those looking to make money from home. Search for keywords such as "home business" or "business opportunities" or "business ideas" -- then make a list of those sites. My site for example attracts a lot of bizopp advertisers because my site attracts the type of customers they want

Then check with Adwords and other pay per click marketing. Be careful though as it can get expensive.

Check print publications such as Entrepreneur Magazine, as they always have bizopp ads because they reach the type of customers you want.
